In order for the iPads to work on the new secure Internet, a certificate needs to be installed to tell the network that it is a trusted device.

Procedure

In order to do this please follow the guidelines below:

• Open Safari on the iPad.
• Type in the web address sent to you by GROVETECH.
• Click on the Green download button.
• Click on Allow.
• Click iPhone if asked which device.
• A message saying Profile downloaded will be displayed, click close.
• Open Settings.
• Click General.
• Scroll down and click Profiles.
• Select the certificate with your site name.
• Click on Install.
• Type in the device passcode if asked.
• Click Install.
• Click Install.
• Certificate will become verified and the word verified will have a tick by it.
• Click Done.
• Go back to General in Settings.
• Go to About.
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
• If you have the option for Certificate Trust Settings select this. (If you do not have this setting, then Installation is complete, and you should able to browse the Internet).
• Find the certificate with your site name.
• Tap the toggle next to it to slide it to the right.
• Select Continue.
• The toggle should now be to the right and the certificate enabled.
• You can now browse the internet.
