Your new Internet link has been installed with enhanced security; this means that your devices will need to have a certificate installed in order to be trusted by the network so you can access secure sites.

Procedure

In order to install the certificate please do the following:

• GROVETECH will provide you with the certificate, either as a link or a file you need to have this accessible.
• If you have a link to the certificate then click on the link to download it.
• Go to the location where you saved/downloaded the certificate and double click it or if it’s visible after downloading at the bottom of your browser click it.
• Click Open.
• Click Install Certificate.
• Click Local Machine, make sure it is selected, the black circle should be next to it.
• Click Next.
• If asked, click Yes.
• If at this stage, you are asked for administrator account details please contact your IT support.
• Click Place all certificates in the following store.
• The browse button which will no longer be grey, click it.
• Select the second option from the top Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
• Click OK.
• Click Next.
• Click Finish.
• Click OK at the import success notification.
• Click OK.
• Restart the computer, you should now be able to access the internet correctly.
