Overview

This is a guide that runs through how to sign for a report on the iOS and Android MEDI-BOOK apps.

Procedure

iOS

1. Firstly, you will need to have downloaded the MEDI-BOOK app from the App Store on your device.

2. Next, you will need to have your MEDI-BOOK login details and use them to login to the app when it’s finished downloading.

3. You will now see the Home Screen of the MEDI-BOOK app. There are three main clickable buttons: Add Accident Info, Add Illness Info and Report Signatory. In this case you will need to select Report Signatory.

4. Now you will be able to search by individual class groups or by all groups, this is done by tapping the toggle next to the appropriate class group or All Groups option. After this, click the blue Search button.

5. Any reports that need to be signed for will have their report ID in green and any reports already signed for on that day will have their report ID in orange.

6. In order to sign a report, you must first click on the green report ID button.

7. This will take you to the signatory part of the record, where the user will be required to input their full name and then use their touch screen to click on the empty box and then to draw out a signature and clicking Save.

8. Following the completion of step 7, click the blue Submit button to confirm.

Android

1. Firstly, you will need to have downloaded the MEDI-BOOK app from the Google Play Store on your device.

2. Next, you will need to have your MEDI-BOOK login details and use them to login to the app when it’s finished downloading.
