Overview

This guide explains how to get to the COVID-19 reports.

Procedure

1. First you must login to your MEDI-BOOK account (edu365.org.uk), this account must have Administrator privileges.

2. Select Reporting from the bar at the top of the screen.

3. Now, select the MEDI-BOOK menu.

4. Followed by, Illness Manager Reports.

5. You will now see the Illness Manager Reporting screen, and on the screen you have three COVID-19 reporting options.

COVID-19 Activity – This report shows the user all COVID-19 related cases and symptoms that have been record over the user specified time frame.

Student COVID-19 Report – This report shows the user all student COVID-19 related cases and symptoms that have been record over the user specified time frame.

Employee COVID-19 Report – This report shows the user all employee COVID-19 related cases and symptoms that have been record over the user specified time frame.

These reports enable the user to specify a time frame using our dynamic search feature (click the report to be taken to the search feature) and drill down on who has symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 and is therefore isolating. The reports also hold information on when the person is due back to the site, as well as being downloadable so the user can save/print the report in order to let relevant people know the return date.
