Overview

In this article you can find out how to access historical pupil specific reports within MEDI-BOOK.

Procedure

1. First you must login to your MEDI-BOOK account (edu365.org.uk), this account must have Administrator privileges.

2. Select Reporting from the bar at the top of the screen.

3. Followed by MEDI-BOOK from the drop down list.

4. Next, select Accident Book Reports from the subsequent list.

5. Next, select Pupils Historical Accident Report.

6. Finally, select the pupil by clicking the green button that says History that is adjacent to their name.
