In this article you can find out how to pre-register visitors within Inscribe VMS.
1. First you must login to your Inscribe VMS account (edu365.org.uk), this account must have Administrator privileges.
2. Now, faced with the admin portal dashboard, select Inscribe VMS.
3. Once in Inscribe VMS, select Visitor Management.
4. Select, Preregister Visitors.
5. Now, click the blue button in the top left, Add New Pre Registered Visitor Member.
6. Finally, fill in the appropriate fields and select Save New User.
7. Also, within this screen you can create and re-print ID cards for pre-registered visitors, do this by clicking either the dark blue Generate ID Card button or the light blue Print ID Card button!
