Overview
In this article you can find out how to manage badge numbers within Inscribe VMS.
Procedure
1. First you must login to your Inscribe VMS account (edu365.org.uk), this account must have Administrator privileges.
2. Now, faced with the admin portal dashboard, select Inscribe VMS.
3. Once in Inscribe VMS, select Badge Configuration.
4. Select, Manage Badge Options.
5. Now, you can choose to edit a number if there is an error or add new badge numbers by clicking Add New Configuration Information in the top left of the screen (blue button).
6. Next, from the first drop down menu select Internal Visitor Badge Numbers.
7. Finally, add the new number and select Save Changes.
